In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the necessary minimum.

Our company automatically collects and saves information on our server log files that your browser transmits to us. These are:

  • Hosting of the accessing computer (IP address),
  • Time of the server request.

We cannot assign this data to specific people. This data is not combined with other data sources. In addition, this data is deleted immediately after a statistical evaluation.

Otherwise, personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us when you order goods or when you open a customer account. We use the data you have provided without your separate consent exclusively to fulfill and process your order. Once the contract has been fully processed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the tax and commercial regulations have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data. When purchasing online tickets, your data will be deleted after the event has ended, unless there are longer statutory retention requirements.

By opening a customer account, you consent to inventory data (name, address, e-mail address) being stored in a customer database. You can log in with your user name and password for future purchases and order goods without having to enter your data again. You can revoke your consent at any time with immediate effect.
