Due to the fact that we had to drastically reduce the size of the groups, longer waiting times can occur. On days with an exceptional high number of visitors it is also possible that you will not be able to take part in a guided tour at all, since the slots are already sold out well in advance. Yes, leashed and well-behaved dogs are allowed inside the castle. But be warned, Struppi, the feline queen of the castle and mistress to her compliant servants will not be amused. 

Yes. All guest over the age of 6 years have to wear at least a medical mask at all times when they walk on the castle grounds.
